We had absolutely the best experience working with Lee in selling our home. From start to finish, he made the process much smoother than it could have been without his expertise. He guided us on how to best prep the house before the listing, helped us pick the right price to list at, and hosted a stellar open house. All leading to multiple competitive offers on opening weekend to truly the best buyers for our vintage Victorian twin. We never could have done it as well without Lee, and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again for either a purchase or sale. Truly the best!
