I have been a full-time realtor in Cape Coral since 2005 and started my own real estate brokerage in 2018 after working with Coldwell Banker for 7 years and Re/Max for 6 years. Shortly after, I started a program called "Resources for Heroes", that recognizes our first responders, health care workers, and teachers. Realty Resources Group Inc gives back 30% of our commission to our heroes, whether our clients are buying or selling real estate. As an example, if our commission is $10,000, we give back $3,000 to our heroes at closing. Our assistance has helped many buyers that would not have had enough money for a down payment. We specialize in residential homes, rental property management, and commercial property sales and rentals.

I was the first realtor in Lee County to use drones for aerial photography and currently use the DJI Phantom IV drone for any properties that have aerial views that enhance a listing.

I have assisted buyers and sellers in over 1,000 home sales and looks forward to helping you as well. I live in the gated community of Coral Lakes in Cape Coral and have sold over 70 homes in Coral Lakes and manage several rental homes there.
