Lee Rhodes relocated from Michigan to Marco Island, Florida in 1992. Having had a real estate license in Michigan, she decided it would be a delightful idea to sell real estate in Florida. Especially with all the beautiful beaches and manicured Golf Course Communities.
Lee was a member of the Merriott course on Marco Island. She and her husband spent many days deep sea fishing, playing golf and tennis. One day her husband said, “You know, when I wake up, I don’t know whether to golf or fish”. Hence the boat was sold, and Lee and her husband moved to Naples, Florida to live in the Golf Course community of The Strand. About 4 years later, they decided to venture north to North Port, Florida where they came upon a brand-new community called Heron Creek.
By now, Lee was ready to go back to doing what she loved best, selling real estate and specializing in Residential sales. Especially with Golf Course Communities. She won many Awards her first few years including top producer of her office, top listing agent, top selling agent and soon became a multi-million-dollar producer. In 2012, Lee was inducted into the Hall of Fame. She continues to be a multi-million-dollar producer.
What brings Lee the most joy is selling all the amenities that are available to people in this beautiful tropical weather. She feels so blessed to have the chance to help so many find their dream homes. Lee says, “this is my passion in life”. She spends every day working to make someone’s dreams come true
