Lee Santos

Lee R. Santos has been a proud resident of Washington State much of his life. Growing up in Port Orchard and spending some time on Guam, he eventually moved to Pierce County at age twenty-one. Since then, he has made the Pacific Northwest his permanent home. He loves his state and believes Washington is one of the nation's Best Kept Secret.

Getting his start as a mortgage loan consultant, Lee eventually made his way through the ranks of wholesale mortgage lending. As an operations manager at a top mortgage lender, Lee learned the value of service, expertise, and relationships. As he progressed as an Underwriter and eventually an Account Executive, knowledge and service became his top priority. This helped Lee to develop a reputation as a reliable resource for every one of his clients. Beyond residential lending, Lee added to his strong foundation while managing teams in Mortgage Servicing, focused directly on helping homeowners avoid foreclosures by utilizing loss mitigation options.
