Lee Smith

Lee Smith grew up in Little Rock and graduated from Hall High. After graduation, Lee joined the air force and spent 4 years in Germany before her honorable discharge. Upon returning to Arkansas, continued her education at UALR where she received a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in industrial psychology. From 2002 – 2006, Lee taught at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in the Psychology Department while pursuing her Ph.D. In 2007, Lee received her Ph.D. in organizational development from Union Institute & University, a branch of the University of Cincinnati.

Lee has been married to Zach Smith for 9 years. Zach, who works for Redstone Construction as a project manager, and Lee both have a passion for rehabilitating homes. Together, they love finding a home that needs TLC and helping it reach its potential. In 2012, Lee got her Real Estate License so that she could take her hobby to the next level. She spent 3 years as a buyers agent where she learned the ins and outs of the business from an impeccable mentor. In May of 2014, Lee moved over to the Aspire Realty Group where she continues her passion in helping clients achieve the American dream of home ownership.

Lee and Zach have two sons Grayson, who is now 8, and Silas, who is 6. In 2013, they started the adoption process of their precious eight-year-old daughter. Adoption should be final in February of 2015.

In her spare time, Lee loves to travel, camp, canoe, find new inspiring music and spend much time with her family. She is committed to making the buying and/or selling process fun and uncomplicated!
