Lee is a licensed real estate agent working with buyers and sellers in DC and Virginia. He has been involved in the real estate industry for a decade and strives to give excellent customer service for all his clients. Lee loves working with buyers to find the right home for their needs and uses his analytical skills to assure sellers and buyers they are getting the most for their dollar.
Lee also renovates homes in DC, so he is equipped to consult with buyers and sellers on renovation ideas. Prior to joining Central Properties, Lee conducted real estate market studies along with pricing analysis to aid developers in pricing and marketing of new condominium and townhome developments. Lee’s experience and extensive understanding of the market helps him to guide clients through the complexities of buying and selling real estate in the Washington DC area.
Lee’s interest in real estate was sparked when he volunteered with the downtown revitalization efforts in his hometown of Louisville, Kentucky. Lee obtained a double major in business and urban studies at the University of Richmond in Virginia, followed by a master’s degree in real estate development from Georgetown University in 2011. An active member of the Urban Land Institute, an association of real estate developers, Lee serves on the Institute’s Young Leaders Group Community Service Committee.
