Lee White

Lee specializes in site selection and development, landlord and tenant representation and buyer and seller representation. He has particular expertise in infill development areas and a deep understanding of local existing entitlements and zoning processes. After joining Southeast Venture as a property manager in 2011, Lee officially transitioned over to the brokerage team in 2016 and became a principal in 2022.

Lee primarily focuses on site selection, land sales, and investment sales. Additionally, he works on landlord and tenant representation assignments.
