Lee Ann was wonderful, from the initial showing of the property to post closing on my new home. She made the entire process effortless and fast in an already fast-paced market! Not only does she know the market, but she is also extremely knowledgeable about local contractors in the area, giving me several options from which to choose when I needed inspectors and maintenance or repairmen. And I never waited more than a couple hours to hear back from her when I had questions (and I had a lot). My nephew recommended Lee Ann to me after she had helped him buy his house. I took his recommendation and can now pass that on to others. Lee Ann is great

LeeAnn is seriously the best. My boyfriend and I were first time homebuyers, and we had no idea what we were doing, especially since it’s a seller’s market right now. She was always available and worked around our schedule when it came to actually showing properties. She was also very responsive with our lender as well as the title company, and she is very knowledgeable. The house we actually just closed on initially received five separate offers, and we were definitely not the best. However, due to some quick advice from LeeAnn, we were able to get our dream home, and we couldn’t be happier. Definitely call LeeAnn if you are interested in buying, selling, or both!

She strives to know her clients and does what it takes to get them into their right home. My husband and I often commented that we felt like she understood what we wanted and needed more than we realized for ourselves.

Buying a new home during Covid and in a seller's market was more than we anticipated. But LeeAnn made it all manageable... In fact, we are confident we couldn't have done it without her! She was very accessible and accommodating of our schedules. She understands the market, knows how to get your offer accepted, and then keep the buying process moving. Not only is she knowledgeable and professional; she has a personable quality that makes you feel you are being helped by a friend. My first home buying experience was phenomenal. Living in Rhode Island we decided to find a home in Florida and make "the big move". Lee Ann came highly recommended. Surely buying from out of state has its challenges but Lee Ann went above and beyond to make it so incredibly easy for us. Amy time of the day I could call and she always had the answer. We came down for a weekend to look at houses and she new just what we wanted. We found our dream home! I ended up switching the mail a little too soon and as Lee Ann does, she went above and beyond and even picked my mail up until we got here. She really went so above and beyond and what a smooth transition because of her.
