Leeann Biffle

LeeAnn’s first job secured her in the cutthroat industry of interior design before the years of HGTV. She began a career for an elite firm in Edwards, Colorado, where LeeAnn specialized in and was a natural at the language of design. Working in Vail, Beaver Creek, and Aspen all before age 21 LeeAnn flourished working with firm’s exclusive clients. By 2008 LeeAnn’s design career had budded into managing massive housing community projects and selling new build construction deals. Her background empowered roles not only overseeing the design of a community’s interior environments but then the leasing and sales teams of the projects she serviced. Eventually Leeann’s love for the built environment led her to pursue a degree in architecture for historic preservation where she moved to Texas and attended UTSA. As a student in architecture and assistant to mentors in medical and commercial development she desired to create revenue utilizing all existing talents in one brand, so The Lux Haus was born.

The Lux Haus started as a luxury corporate/short term housing company that operated as both a management, and hotel like entity. LeeAnn did all the design work and created a cleaning company to keep standards as high as mentors like The Ritz Carlton and The Four Seasons. After years of success in the heart of Austin, Texas navigating investment real estate, it was time to incorporate residential real estate services. So, the The Lux Haus Group a collective of agents and assistants was launched under the Lux Haus brand to "Redesigning Real Estate Services" included customer centric services for listings, buyers creating experiences focused not only on the transaction but on the design and architectural needs of the home as well.

Today LeeAnn’s company: The Lux Haus is an umbrella company for a selection of service-based brands that include a brokerage for sales, property management, commercial real estate, leasing and relocation, designers for interiors and partnerships with architecture firms for architecture demands.
