We have now worked with LeeAnn and Pack 1st Properties three times. 14 years ago when we bought our home, two years ago when we sold that home, and now this May 2021 when we bought our new home in this crazy out of control market! LeeAnn is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and if she does not have an answer, she will go find it. She will never quit on you! Even after this new home purchase she is still helping us with the home warranty, following up on a claim and getting the home inspection vendor involved to resolve our issues. She is always available for us and responds freakishly quick. She has trusted relationships with other professionals in the local real-estate market that offer additional options for funding, closing and home improvement. Bottom line is 1. LeeAnn is a respected professional in this area 2. She is honest and realistic (sometimes too honest) 3. She really knows the market 4. You know she is working for you
