Lehigh Cohen

Lehigh Cohen is a graduate of the University of Illinois and Chicago-Kent Law School, and for several years worked as a Real Estate attorney and then segued into real estate brokerage and investment. Lehigh has developed our brokerage business in the Northshore and suburban markets over the past 14 years. He has established relationships with top suburban agents, developers and contractors who have been instrumental in servicing our clients throughout the years. Not only does he provide deep knowledge of the Northshore market, he also owns and develops commercial real estate in Chicago, leveraging his knowledge of construction, marketing and design which in parallel helps our clients in Chicago. He and his family have lived in Glencoe for 14 years, and has moved a few times, renovated several homes, and as a result realized how his knowledge can benefit our clients who are moving from the City to the Suburbs. In addition, Lehigh found that many of the best deals were not necessarily publicly available and that knowing the ins and outs of the individual suburbs’ markets was more than just finding properties on the MLS. The MG Group is well equipped to fulfill our city clients’ needs when making the move to the suburbs. Lehigh uses his deep contacts in these suburban markets to find the right home or the right buyer for our listings.
