A Wharton graduate, Lei spent seven years working on 35 fashion brands alongside retail legend Silas Chou, the giant behind the brands Michael Kors and Tommy Hilfiger. Recognizing that real estate, like fashion, is a subjective industry constructed of individual taste, she transitioned her focus and learned from the top broker in New York City, Carrie Chiang.

Born in Shanghai and now based in New York City, Lei has created an extensive global network of high profile clientele that respect her work ethic and trust her expertise. As the owner of multiple properties and a leader in the local community, Lei has cultivated comprehensive knowledge of Manhattan.

Lei is well known for her knowledge of new developments, condos, and co-ops. She is a top broker at developments including One West End, Waterline Square, Park Loggia, Lantern House, 130 William, and Hudson Yards. She sold a record breaking 10 units at Waterline Square.
