Leigh Anne Monk

Leigh Anne is one of the founding partners of the Equity Rise Real Estate team started in 2008. The team started with two agents and a marketing director and is now four agents strong with a support staff of four. Being part of a team ensures that our clients always have someone to respond to their every need. We know that buying and selling a home can be a very emotional and stressful experience, so we endeavor to make it as hassle free as possible. Prior to real estate Leigh Anne held several project management and business operations positions in the telecommunications field.

Leigh Anne lives in Fairfax with her husband Brett, her 4 yr. old golden doodle dog Jethro, and is in the process of adopting a teenage girl from the foster care system.
