Leigh Battle

Leigh is a native of Richmond, who attended Clinch Valley College, Studying Business Administration for two years. Later she attended VCU. After working for Verizon for 18 years, Leigh stepped out on faith and began her career in real estate. Her professional skills and discipline, integrity and strong work ethic, along with a strong faith and belief in God allowed Leigh to build her own firm, Regal Realty & Associates, which operated in Richmond for more than 20 years. Now, with 30 years of experience in the real estate business that includes representing buyers and sellers, First Time Buyers, New Construction, Property Management, Special Grant Programs and Commercial. Leigh covers the Richmond Area which includes Henrico, Hanover, and surrounding counties. Leigh understands all facets of the home buying and selling experience and enjoys the testimonies that she receives from her clients. She knows how to work with every member of the team involved in the process of home ownership from the mortgage lender and attorney to the home inspector to get the best results for the client.
