Leigh Castoldi

Leigh has been a full-time licensed real estate broker in Seattle since 2003. She is a Certified Residential Specialist, a member of the National Association of Realtors, and a Cartus Certified Relocation Specialist. Her Job is to help you accomplish your goals. This includes deciding if it is the right time for you to buy or sell.

If you are selling she will help you determine the market price for your home, plan a marketing strategy, help prepare your home for buyers, and review and select the right offer. If you are buying she will help you get pre approved with a lender, find a home that is right for you, determine the value of the home, and plan a strategy to write a competitive, winning offer. In both cases Leigh will be coordinating every step of the closing from working with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, escrow, and other brokers.
