Leigh Culpepper

I grew up in Appling and I am familiar with Columbia & McDuffie counties the most. However, I am proficient in all of the CSRA counties as well. I received my real estate license in Georgia in 1993.
Attending all continuing education courses available is very important to me so that I may use the education to better serve my clients.
I am a member of the Greater Augusta Board of Realtors and the past President of the Classic South Board of Realtors. As President, I attended all conventions and Expos for the Georgia Association and the National Association. I graduated from the Georgia Realtor Institute receiving the GRI designation and achieved the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) designation as well. I proudly carry the REALTOR code of ethics and professional standards and earned The Circle of Excellence Award based on past production through The Classic South Board of Realtors. I attended the National convention in New Orleans for lots of education as well as helping to rebuild homes from the devastation of Hurricane Katrina.
I personally have rental/investment properties of my own and therefore have plenty of experience on both sides of the fence. As a full time agent you will always be able to reach me.
