About Leigh

Leigh Ann Simpson is a very proud native of the Great State of North Carolina. Originally from Greenville, NC, where she was born but spent her youth along the coast. As a child, most summers were spent on so many of the gorgeous coastlines that North Carolina offers. Known for their beautiful beaches and their gorgeous rivers, marshes, and wetlands.

Leigh Ann’s first move to Raleigh was in 2003 where she attended Peach College. She absolutely fell in love with the area and while attending university in Raleigh she worked in the hospitality industry. It was there, in Downtown Raleigh, where she made connections with many of the area's leaders and influencers.

In 2008 she decided to go back to school and graduated, with honors, from East Carolina University. Now having a bachelor’s degree in Communications, with concentrations in Public Relations and Media Studies, she was ready for a new beginning.

Prior to her real estate career, Leigh Ann worked as a sales and marketing executive for several companies and excelled with each. Upon moving to the Crystal Coast, she saw opportunity in the real estate market and decided to apply her skills in customer service and marketing expertise and build a real estate business and in 2016 she wisely affiliated with Keller Williams Crystal Coast. Leigh Ann took to real estate like a duck in water and quickly became a top producing agent in her market and earned rookie of the year in 2017.

Seeing opportunity on the rise in 2020 she decided to rebrand and expand her business to offer her outstanding real estate expertise to all the places she calls home. From the Triangle to the Crystal Coast and all points in between.

Leigh Ann’s business is in real estate; however, her passion is by far music. As a talented lifelong musician, singer, and dancer she loves to perform and share the joy music brings. She also is dedicated to help others find and enhance their god given talents and proudly donates 10% of her proceeds to local performing arts organizations in all the communities she serves.
