Leila has sold properties all over the Los Angeles area, as far north as Northridge and far south as Huntington Beach. Her passion is to assist clients in achieving their goals: whether it is to sell a beloved home, make a first time home purchase, or to seek an investment property. She achieved such records as the highest selling and fastest selling properties throughout various neighborhoods, including off-market properties. Additionally, Leila has successfully sold properties in neighborhoods where similar properties expired.
Fluent in Japanese and English, Leila assists a wide range of clientele, which includes celebrities, first time home buyers, and international clients. She assists all her clients equally and she is a trusted real estate advisor.
Leila was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan. She grew up in an entertainment family and prior to her career in real estate, she herself was also in the entertainment industry as a television host, model, and actress for over 10 years; she worked with all the major tv networks in Japan. Leila's passion moved her from her home country to Los Angeles. Although soon after she arrived in Los Angeles, she was exposed to the real estate industry and immediately knew real estate was her true calling.
Leila has lived and worked all over Los Angeles including Playa Del Rey, Manhattan Beach, Beverly Hills, Hancock Park and West Hollywood. She is very knowledgeable in a wide range of areas.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, surfing, yoga, and a variety of dance classes. Additionally, she is a big ice hockey fan. She is the owner of a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and organizes a Westside/South Bay Cavalier meet up group with over 70 members. She is an animal lover and devoted to the pursuit of saving cavaliers and dogs through this group.
