I’m passionate about community – here in Nashville, and throughout the world. Each Nashville neighborhood has its own nuances and cultures and I enjoy connecting my clients with the communities that best suit their personalities. That extends beyond our borders into many global communities: helping foreign buyers relocate to, or invest in Nashville, and helping US citizens invest internationally.
In order to serve my clients with excellence, I am constantly upgrading my skills and have several certifications and designations, including Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). This certification recognizes that I am a global real estate professional who has undergone specialized training in completing international transactions with reduced risk.
Originally from Alabama, I’ve also lived in in Hawaii, Chicago, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Cincinnati, and Nashville. I have spent time in China, Spain, France, Germany, Portugal, the Netherlands, Turkey, and Cuba. My life has been so enriched by my travels, and I also know challenges of finding your community and place in a new area. I use my own personal experiences to help navigate and smooth the relocation process to make the transition easier for my clients.
My purpose in real estate is to guide my clients to a community where they can belong, thrive, and build financial wealth through homeownership. I know buying and selling real estate can be stressful; my goal is to give a personalized, concierge-style experience.
