Len is a fantastic resource for learning and understanding the 4x4 beach in Corolla. My husband and I went down to Carova over NYE, it was our first time in Carova and Len showed us several different types of houses, new builds, and lots. He spent hours with us educating us about the area, rental opportunities, primary residence opportunities, etc. For the next several months Len supported us in buying our lot, was always available for questions, did what he said he was going to do on a timely basis, and kept everything moving forward for us.
