Len hart is one of the best. I have worked with others and wasn’t impressed. Len told me everything I needed and went out of his way to help me buy my home. ( came to my work so I could sign papers) He didn’t have to do that. I was so satisfied with him that I have used his services not only to buy but also to sell my home. Len was especially helpful to us in many ways during our extended search for just the right house. We first contacted Len with regard to Over-55 homes, but we changed our mind and decided to look at houses with medium-to-large sized lots. We also were not sure about which part of Maryland we wanted to relocate into, and he patiently showed us properties in many areas, even though that meant a lot of extra driving for him. Even when we made an offer on a house and then changed our mind at the last minute of the cancellation period, he never complained. He made sure to get us out of the sale without loss of deposit, for which we were very grateful. Eventually, with his help, we found the right house in the right area and made an offer. In the inspection/negotiation phase of the deal, he skillfully advised what terms meant, what we should worry about and what not. Finally, we closed the sale, with close supervision by Len to do everything the right way and on time. Len was competent and professional throughout the entire process and made a potentially painful process smooth and enjoyable. We ended up with a wonderful home that we are very pleased with. Thank you, Len!
