Lena is great agent. Although I was far from California, she handled everything perfectly. I called her at late hours, she returned my calls, and concerns, promptly. without having her as my real estate agent, I can not imagine how could I overcome obstacles in selling my condo from long distance. I wanted to use SEC 1031 exchange, and if she was not quick, either I would have lost the opportunity or force to enter a reverse exchange which would have been more costly.

Lena was a phenomenal partner in the homebuying process. She was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and a top notch negotiator. We were relocating to a new area and she knew everything about the neighborhoods and spent the time to talk us through potential trade-offs to ensure we made the best choice possible. She also works very hard for her clients and took calls early or late into the evening and always quickly answered the 100s of questions we had. One of the qualities I love best about Lena is that she has a very strong drive for results and doesn’t take “no” for an answer. We always got into difficult to secure showings and as we finalized our home buying journey she helped work through every issue that came up; getting us what we needed in a timely manner despite many factors outside of her control.

I would highly, highly recommend Lena to anyone and appreciate all she has done for our family. Thank you, Lena!
