My wife and I are first time buyers, were scared to go through the process of finding our forever home. Lena made it very easy for us. If we had any questions all we had to do is call. Doesn’t matter what time she always answered the questions we had. She’s also a good listener, we explained our budget on the mortgage payments, told her the area we really wanted to live and raise our children. She’s a wonderful realtor! I would recommend her she doesn’t disappoint!

This was my first experience using a realtor and Lena made everything smooth, easy and effortless. She answered all my questions and her experience, negotiating skills and understanding of the process from start to finish made the whole process painless. Additionally, I would say that if you want to do everything yourself, you better have about 8 arms and 12 legs to be able to simultaneously negotiate, call, check, recheck, know who to call, when to call, what's important and what's minor, etc. In my opinion, (especially if you're a busy, working person) it's far better to have an advocate on your side with the experience to give you advice on everything - from the home inspection to negotiating the correct fixes needed, to answering every question you have on the way, because purchasing a home can be very complicated. I had an excellent experience working with Lena and would recommend her services without any hesitation. Thanks Lena!!! You're a five-star realtor!
