We engaged Lenae to help sell our Mom's house. From the beginning, she's been very responsive, including helping us prepare for sale - there was a lot of work. There have been three of us involved and most of our communication was remote (we're in California). Lenae stuck with us through the work, the distance. She connected us with auction and handyman services - Maria and John - who were awesome. In all, Lenae has been spectacular, professional, persistent; everything you can ask for in an agent. And she helped us get way over the asking price!

Just closed on some land to build our dream home. I was so grateful for all the help and support that Lenae gave us. This was our first time buying raw land and we had a ton of questions. We weren’t even planning on moving until next year, but my husband found a home he liked and scheduled an appointment with Lenae that same day! We put in an offer the next morning and it was accepted! Throughout the whole process, she was quick to answer our questions or communicate with the seller to get back with us as soon as possible. Lenae worked tirelessly with me for over six months. She was super responsive, funny, understanding, and relentless! Not only did she record countless video tours, she would make arrangements to see houses as soon as they went on the market. Same day service! I'm new to the real estate world but I truly cannot imagine how a realtor could be better. Do yourself a favor and hire Lenae as your agent - you won't be disappointed! Oh, and yes, obviously she found us a perfect house for our needs and wants.

This is a honest story I have been looking for a home for almost two years. I was stressed out enough trying to look by myself and talking to other Realtors trying to get them to show me houses and I didn't sign with them because I didn't feel they had my best interest in perspective when I seen some places it was hard to get a hold of them to show me houses. Then the coronavirus hit talk about stress and when I called Lenae on Easter of any day BLESS HER HEART! SHE Answered and got me in to look at the house and was able to write an offer that was accepted on that day amazing I couldn't have asked for anything more. When talking to her I knew right away she was professional informative educated had my best interest and had my back was in my corner I felt very comfortable and relaxed I could tell she was very knowledgeable about the whole process of real estate and felt like a big weight lifted off my shoulders the stress was gone she took care of everything anything and as the whole process went I was informed she emailed texted and called me through the whole process as of any changes or information that I needed to know or signed are needed to change it was done immediately from the time the offer was made the house was closed within two months documents were processed and the deal was done if you get the privilege to work with Lenae I suggest you do it and don't hesitate you will not be disappointed she is an amazing person and realtor she knows exactly what needs to be done to make a smooth and a very stress free she hits the ground running and doesn't have a stop button!!!! whether you are selling or buying I can tell you I have bought and sold three houses over my lifetime and I would go to her for each transaction I had some things that needed to be done for the sale she took care of everything she found the contractors got bids an found an extraordinary estimate and had them out in an unexpectedly timeline that I could not believe the work was done and look very professional and amazing that I could not understand how she got it done that was an amazing process . So like I wrote if you get the privilege to work with Lenae I would not hesitate she is very kind very experienced I will not let you down believe me I have had nothing but the best experience in my life purchasing a home it makes me smile just thinking about the process it was so smooth and easy for me I didn't have to do anything but think about what I wanted to do from moving in but moving in and what I wanted to do with my new home!!!!!! Where do I even begin?? Lenae was an absolute ROCKSTAR with the selling and of our old home and construction/build of our new home. She guided us throughout the whole process never made us feel that we were a bother. She went above and beyond with our builder and his realtor to make sure things were getting done. This was a 13 month journey but there is no one else I would have wanted to journey with then Lenae as our realtor. There are not enough words out there to say how thankful we are for all the time and hard work you put forth with us, we so much appreciate you!! Thank you again!! We love our new home!!

Lenae turned selling my mom's nightmare house into a dream! The house had many "issues" and I had my doubts that anyone would buy it. The first week we had three offers above our asking price! In the end, after several counter-offers, which Lenae walked us through and made the exact right calls on, the house sold for way more than I ever dreamed!
