He has built and renovated many properties including the 1884 Victorian that he and his wife call home. He has worked as a home inspector for residential and FEMA. He also worked in the mortgage industry and understands the lending side of the business.

Lenny personally invests in rental properties, flips, and short-term rentals. He is well versed in valuing deals and creating win-win negotiations.
