Lennie is a world-class agent who is unflappable in situations that require patience and tact. Lennie helped us to prepare our house for the market with practical advice on staging and showing. Her responsiveness and guidance netted us two full-price-equivalent offers in the first two days of showing, and the buyer we chose loved the way our furniture was staged at Lennie's advice that they bought all of it on top of the sale!
