I’ve bought and sold three homes and have never experienced a realtor as honest and caring as Leo Albanese. With Leo and his personal assistant backing me I immediately knew I was in experienced hands. They were always available and provided me with fast response times to my questions. I moved from another state and they also took the time to explain the reason why certain Florida homes were or weren’t a good value. Leo actually negotiated me a lower price on my home during a time when multiple offers are received on homes. He also made time to attend my inspection to insure items were properly accounted for. During the final inspection Leo wasn’t happy with the quality of work and went back to the owner and made sure it was redone to his high standard. Leo helped with follow-up items while I was moving in. He made sure I was taken care of. The quality of service I received from him was like no other and I honestly recommend him as the only realtor you should ever use.

My wife and I just went through the process of finding and purchasing a house long distance during the pandemic. We could not have done this without Leo and Kari.
Leo spent countless hours on the phone with us going through listings and helping us narrow our focus. Once we had a few choices he went to those homes to do a full assessment. His effort was what helped us find the house we were looking for.

I arrived in Punta Gorda with the goal to move from a retirement community in Punta Gorda into a single family home in Punta Gorda Isles. I had no concept of location, value or subtleties of a home on the water way.
