About Leo

After years as a lead Inside Sales Agent for a large nationally ranked team, Leo took a leap of faith to start his own team, the Cohen Group NW. At first, he was an independent agent with big goals and an even bigger vision of what the future could hold, and he’s acted on that vision to build out a team of go-getters whom he inspires and who also inspire him.

Leo sees his job as this: surround himself with competent and passionate people, remove obstacles out of their path, and then get the hell out of their way.

As the core business grew, Leo branched into residential development projects, starting with Sea Smoke in Semiahmoo. Each week, he’s in his office on the phone, working on the little pieces that eventually unite to create something big.
