Leon McDaniel

Leon McDaniel has been a resident of Merritt Island since 1956 and has been selling real estate for the last 41 years. He has undergone intensive training for buying and selling real estate. A graduate of Tommy Hopkins Real Estate, Sweat-Hogs Real Estate program, and years of extensive ERA Real Estate training.

He works great with buyers and sellers having owned 33 homes. He understands the process well. Buying challenged homes and fixing them up renting them out and selling them.

Currently, he has 4 homes.

Currently, Leon serves as Deacon at 1st Baptist Church Merritt Island, Director of the Cold Night Shelter at House of Hope, Director of Transitional Housing House Of Hope, Board Member of Good Shepherd Ministries, and yearly visits a mission in Haiti where he is the current secretary of that mission group.

Formerly a National award winner for ERA Real Estate 5 times for sales, Florida 10 and local 25 ERA Real Estate awards for sales, Former Owner Space Coast Management, A condo management company, and as a Real estate office manager.
