Cathie has been amazing in our process of buying a new house! This is the second house we've bought through her. Her and Len are always available when we need their help and trust me, me and my husband both needed a lot of help with getting through this process 😭 Buying a house is so stressful but we felt so much better having them alongside us, explaining what to do and helping take care of issues along the way. Leonard was very knowledgeable in all of my questions and was really on the ball with the closing process. He really made us feel important and you could tell he really cared about us by the way he interacted. In our surprise we even received a Christmas card from him and his wife. Nice touch! We've been working with Cathie from Clementi Real Estate throughout the process of buying our first home. She has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable, always available when we need her and has gone above and beyond at every step of the way to make sure that we have every bit of information that we need or want. When the builder of our house was becoming difficult to reach and non responsive on potential issues with the build Cathie stayed on top of them and helped us prepare for the next steps including making multiple trips out to the house to gather information for an initial 3rd party inspection and eventually a structural engineer. Everything has turned out OK with the house but the effort she went through to ensure we were happy with the house and that every concern we had was addressed is far more than we could have expected. I cannot recommend her enough!

So we just took the keys on Friday of what was such an easy transaction. We were looking for a place in Arizona where my daughter could live off campus. We met Lenny from the referral of a close friend.
Lenny's resume spoke to his expertise knowledge of the Arizona real estate market. What blew us away was everything else; Lenny's friendliness, timeliness, strategy and the way he made us feel like we were his only customer was amazing. He urged us to be patient early on, however when "the house" hit the market, he closed with such tenacity. His advice and his guidance helped us secure our home when 6 offers came in on opening weekend.
Even though we were 400 miles away in another state, Lenny never made us feel second rate. We can't thank you enough Lenny!

There was truly no question when my husband & I decided to pull the trigger and purchase a second home- Clementi Real Estate Consultants & moreover , Len , was our absolute, hands down first and only choice. We had such a great experience with Len from beginning to end to even beyond with our first home , ( as in - Len will consult with you on upgrades / renovations/ what is necessary/ what will get you your money back on your investment when time to sell / what won’t and .. AND THIS IS HUGE after our ONE BIG MISSTEP with a horrible GC .. he will recommend GOOD, LICENSED GENERAL CONTACTORS! or Handymen. ) We started to talking to Len about wanting to buy and he walked us through each step since we still owned another home in the valley , IT may be different , he warned and we couldn’t miss a step. Everything had to be almost perfect to gain that amount of mortgage. That’s Len.. attention to detail. A straight shooter. In the current market , we definitely needed to have all of our ducks in a row with pre-qualifiers ; down payment; and wants / needs etc. ; we needed to be realistic. and we needed to be ready to hit the ‘GO button ‘ on the spot if we found something in our price point that hit all or 85% of our mark. Covid or not, this real estate market is hot! Len worked us through each step start to finish . When we finally got to the part where we could look at homes we looked and looked and looked ..we even called Len on a Sunday while driving around Fountain Hills to see if he could get us into a home .. He said ,’ give me an hour and I’ll be there!’ THIS guy works tirelessly! Never gets impatient. We bid on two homes with full ask and went over the asking price in Scottsdale just to be out bid.. even with escalators !! He never gave up on helping us find the right home .. when I was almost in tears after another full day of looking at homes .. we went to the home that both my husband & I didn’t think ‘on paper’ would fit our needs .. it was the last on our list .. and , well, it fit our needs more than we even imagined and it was in THE part of Scottsdale we wanted to be in. Len even dealt with let’s say ‘difficult sellers’ as we went out of the country unaware for a month. His agency is run tight ; his colleague , Cathie was at our final walk through and she is a gem, as well. This is a tough market to navigate alone right now .. YOU need the right agent who will work diligently - day ; night ; and even Sunday ! You need the right agency who follows through on helping you from beginning to end and all the steps in between .. the financial part is key.. YOU need the right agency who will make the other agent on the other side of which you stand tow the line .. we JUST learned that .. Len will definitely do that! Clementi Real Estate Consultants again ... will guide you through all the painstaking tasks of buying a home and make it fun too.. Like fun bites at Spiga for a ‘regroup session ‘! Look no further. You won't find a better agent. I've worked with some others and Cathie has by far outdone them all. The personal attention she gives is unbelievable. She really goes out of her way to make her clients' experiences maximal and stress-free. By maximal I mean she'll automatically go to bat for a client to try to get the best deal for THEM whether a buyer or seller. And by stress-free I mean she took it upon herself to line up contractors needed post inspection (as opposed to just supplying a contact) to get quotes and arrange services needed. She offered to do so many things that MAY have been helpful that she had no obligation to do. I can't recommend anyone more highly for anything than Cathie for any real estate needs.

Len Clementi and Cathie Gibson , these two realtors should be everyone’s realtor. Not only are they professional, make a great team and know their business in real estate , they 100 percent care about the needs of their clients. Both on a business level and on a personable level. Cathie was so patient with me as I looked at home after home after home that came up on the market and none of them met my expectations, but she still took me out to look at every home that I wanted to see. And if Cathie wasn’t available for me right away that’s when Len stepped in. So I always had one of them anytime I needed anything. I was also ending a 18 year relationship with someone , so not only was I dealing with the heartbreak and grief of the loss of my relationship, I was also dealing with the stress of buying a home. Catherine Gibson is one of the most hard working and professional agents I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is so dedicated to her clients and unbelievably knowledgeable in real estate. I worked with Leonard Clementi and Laura Bramnick, and I highly recommend this team. I consider myself a fairly experienced and informed buyer but I am glad I had this team working for me. We encountered a problem with the seller. Let me be clear, this was not a problem with Len, it was a really lousy seller. Fortunately, Len made sure we had done everything absolutely correct and the matter was resolved fairly quickly. Any rookie real estate agent can handle a simple transaction, but when you get a curve ball - that is when you hope and pray you have true professionals working for you.
