Leonard Dragwa is responsible for managing many financial aspects at Springer Realty Group. Behind the scenes, he ensures that both current and future agents have a positive experience by handling commission payouts efficiently. Leonard's journey into real estate began with purchasing investment properties, and he continues to do so. He also became a Realtor to further support his investment goals.

Leonard holds a bachelor’s degree from West Chester University. Before transitioning to real estate, he worked in a lab setting with several pharmaceutical companies. In his free time, Leonard enjoys vacationing with family and friends, spending time by the water, hiking, and playing baseball.
