Leonard Schiffman

Leonard is a Northwest Native, born and raised in the greater Seattle area. Currently residing in Edmonds, he has also owned homes in Bellevue and Redmond.

Mr. Schiffman brings a unique skill set to the Real Estate Sales profession. Leonard has 27 years experience in the residential construction industry, including 20 years as a General Contractor. Additionally, Mr. Schiffman is a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser and H.U.D. approved FHA Appraiser. This background provides Leonard's clients with additional support regarding market valuation and construction knowledge, aspects vital to BOTH the buyer and seller in every real estate transaction.

When Leonard is not working hard for his clients, he enjoys fly-fishing for trout (catch and release only!), is an avid golfer and has recently returned to track and field competition in the pole vault. He has an adult son living in Seattle and other immediate family on the east-side in Bellevue.
