Leonor helped my husband and I with the sale of our condo and the ultimate purchase of our new house. During our initial meeting, Leonor took us through a series of questions to determine our short-term and long-term goals. She recommended a couple of different loan officers, and alongside them, my husband and I were able to decide on the most suitable path for us. She encouraged us to sell our condo for more than what we had initially anticipated and were rewarded wonderfully. During the purchase of our new home, there were a couple of unexpected bumps in the road. When I called her stressed, asking what we should do, she responded, "This is what you have me for". She took care of everything in a way that was practical and beneficial. There was never a time she didn't answer our calls or get the information we asked for. We closed on our house about two weeks ago, and I will always be grateful to her for putting us into our forever home.

Leonor has outdone herself once again! She was instrumental in providing us with the knowledge to sell our home and also the options that came with it. Not only this, but her knowledge of the market was on point. Questions were answered with quick response rates (if not immediately), she over communicated to keep us in the loop of all things, and explained everything in a manner that brought calm, trust, and reliance to us as sellers. Leonor was truthful and highly ethical in her approach allowing for satisfactory results. She able to secure better results than we anticipated and for that, we are truly grateful. I would pick her again and again for all our real estate needs! Sincerely a pleasure to have worked with her...and she is hilariously funny!!!! Our agent for life for sure, and the one with the best humor!

Leonor found us our dream home in 2015 shortly after my wife and I were married. She asked us many questions about the kind of home we wanted, did thorough research of the immediate and surrounding San Diego area, and worked so very hard showing us homes until the perfect one appeared. She listens attentively to the needs of her clients and our experience was so wonderful and positive that we could only trust her with the sale of our home. Our expectations were not only met but exceeded when she presented her strategy of sale of our home along with her books of surrounding market sales! We were extremely hesitant after beginning the process during this Covid-19 pandemic, but Leonor reassured us that the market was thriving and that she could sell our home. She did not disappoint! This woman went above and beyond what any normal realtor would do in order to make the sale of our home happen. We are so very happy with our experiences with her that we trusted her again in finding our next home! When the question of finding a professional, prompt, and responsible real estate agent comes up, I will always recommend Leonor. 10/10 every time!
