Leonore Garvey

Leonore was raised in Westchester and has lived in Putnam and Dutchess for over 40 years. She realized that she loved working with people when she started her first career working as a flight attendant based in Miami. After returning to New York, she became a Real Estate Salesperson in 1985 and soon after became a Broker.

For several years, Leonore was a Mortgage Officer for a local bank. It gave her great experience which has tied in with her Real Estate knowledge. She has worked on new construction, and assisted in general contracting, design, and property development. Her well-rounded background and expertise can help you with your Real Estate needs.

Leonore is licensed in New York and Connecticut and specializes in listing and selling homes. She is an experienced professional with excellent knowledge of the area. You will find her hardworking, reliable, and creative.

In 2016 she took over the oldest Coldwell Banker in Putnam County, Coldwell Banker Fowkes Realty, and moved the company to lower Dutchess. In 2020 they moved the office to 1088 Rte 52 in Carmel right across from the Kent Elementary School. They received the 30-year award with Coldwell Banker. In May 2022 they joined CB Village Green.
