LeRoy McEntire, Commercial Broker at ARC Realty, leads transactions across Central Alabama, partnering with both large corporations and individual property owners.

With roots tracing back to his tenure as a property manager for Jim Wilson and Associates in 1978, overseeing shopping centers across multiple states, LeRoy brings decades of experience to his role.

McEntire has independently been a partner developing and leasing shopping centers office buildings, and residential developments throughout his real estate career. He has independent listings throughout central Alabama and has represented national merchants and restaurants finding locations all over the Southeast. With close to forty years of commercial real estate experience, McEntire has earned the respect of his industry peers.

An active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers for over thirty-five years, LeRoy has continuously expanded his expertise. He has served as a program director, teacher, and regular attendee at industry conventions.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, LeRoy is deeply committed to his community. He remains actively engaged with the University of Alabama, participating in the Capstone Leadership Academy. He also serves in leadership roles at Grace Episcopal Church alongside his beloved wife, Dr. Vivian Hamlett. Together, they find joy in caring for their horses and spending quality time at their Lake Martin retreat with their children, who all attended Sewanee University.

In his leisure time, LeRoy enjoys the thrill of wild turkey hunting, a passion he pursues with enthusiasm. His down-to-earth nature and passion for helping others make him a trusted advisor in the realm of commercial real estate.
