Lesley McAdams

Lesley is the founder of RM Real Estate Investment Management, a Development company and NC Real Estate Agency. Lesley is an active developer in the NC Triangle region with projects ranging from single-asset to planned residential communities. Additionally, Lesley acts as a broker and advisor to commercial and residential real estate clients and investors through consultancy and direct or partnership investments. Lesley previously was an associate at Cambridge Place Investment Management where she analyzed asset-backed securities. She graduated from Stanford University with a B.A. in Economics where she also was a varsity Artistic Swimmer and US National Team member and MIT Sloan School of Management with an MBA concentrating in Financial Engineering. Lesley is an avid outdoors person and volunteer. She loves leading Girl Scouts on high adventure activities including backpacking and scuba diving.
