Leslie had been an excellent realtor in helping us purchase an investment property in Austin-Round Rock area . We are out of state investors and were a bit anxious on how things would go but she proved to be an excellent buyer agent with helping us right thru the whole process without dropping the ball in any of the process. She is an excellent communicator and extremely knowledgeable in the real estate home buying process and a very comfortable person to work with. She is very honest and will disclose anything which is not right upfront and will not recommend a property if its not right for you. We consider ourselves very lucky to work with such an agent especially us being out of state investors which could create many challenges in closing a property. We would recommend Leslie in a heartbeat for folks who are looking to buy a first time or an investment property !!

Leslie helped me purchase my first home in 2012 in East Austin and I remember being so thankful for her assistance and guidance. It was not an easy process due to East Austin land issues. Since then, she has kept up with me and periodically sent updates regarding my home's value. When it was time to sell, I called Leslie, and once again she went above and beyond to make sure we successfully sold our home. Similar East Austin land issues popped up and she was on it and helped make sure every detail was taken care of. She also managed to find our dream home in our dream location at the same time! I loved working with Leslie and I enthusiastically recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Leslie is an awesome Realtor! As an out of state buyer, it could have been difficult for me to buy. But Leslie handled everything remotely and helped me purchase two homes! She is very patient and always available to answer all of my questions. She is a great negotiator and saved me lots of money through the process. I would highly recommend Leslie!

Leslie Crider did an outstanding job handling the sale of our home. She is an excellent communicator and always is on top of things... helping us prepare our house to go on the market. She even took care of our house while we were out of state and to the closing. Very pleasant and easy to work with. We highly recommend her to anyone selling or buying a home. Leslie did an awesome job selling our home! And was instrumental in ensuring on we got everything we needed in our new home (new construction). She proved invaluable dealing with the builder and navigated us through a less than ideal (through absolutely no fault of her own) closing process. Without her depth and breadth of knowledge in this industry, it would have been a disaster, no doubt! Highly recommend working with Leslie!
