About Leslie

Leslie has lived in Chico since 1989 and raised her two children here. She has watched the city grow and feel that Chico is a wonderful city with so much to offer. Each area of Chico has its own unique qualities and character. It is a wonderful place to call home, raise a family, work and or retire.

Leslie has began her real estate career at Coldwell Banker DuFour Realty in 2005. She was trained and mentored by the best. During her time at Coldwell Banker, she was a top agent from 2005-2011. In 2006, 2008, and 2010 she was named to the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society where membership is limited to the top 18% of agents in the Coldwell Banker system. She obtained the GRI Designation from the California Association of Realtors which is considered to be the most extensive and comprehensive training course available to Realtors in the northern hemisphere. She became a Certified HAFA Specialist (Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives to help her clients in succeeding in the short sale and foreclosure process. She also achieved the ABR Designation which is the benchmark of excellence in Buyers Representation for the Real Estate Buyers Agency Council, a division of the National Association of Realtors, and she obtained her Brokers License in 2011.

Leslie is currently with Bidwell Realty, an established Chico Brokerage with an excellent reputation and track record. She continues to help her clients past, present and future with all of their real estate needs with expanded capabilities and continues to increase her knowledge of real estate in its different facets.

Leslie has been closely involved in the real estate development of several local Subdivisions both large and small. She has experience in working with the City and County Governments, PGE, CA Water and the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) on obtaining permits, contracts, entitlements and reimbursement agreements.

As clients search for a home or prepare to put their home on the market, it is inevitable that they will meet many realtors.
