With thirty-seven years in the business, Leslie Lynn is one of the most trusted names in real estate in Oklahoma City and the surrounding areas. She provides customer-centered, boutique service to her much-appreciated clients.

In 1982, Leslie wasn’t expecting to find her passion when she took a real estate class to support a friend interested in the Real Estate business. However, when the friend dropped out, Leslie stuck with it. “I’m not a quitter,” she says with a smile. Back then, real estate was an older person’s game, and fresh-faced Leslie often surprised fellow agents and clients alike with her expertise and true desire to help her clients achieve their goals.

These days, almost eighty-percent of Leslie’s business comes from repeat and referral clients who remember Leslie because of the incredible service she provides. “I recently had one couple come back after twenty years,” she says. “It’s always a joy to help previous clients again.” Her clients rave about her honesty and willingness to advise them on every step of the process. Leslie becomes friends with her clients and follows up with them long after the transaction is over—because she cares.

When it comes time to market listings, Leslie’s expertise really shines. She understands that in today’s market, most buyers start their search for a home online, so she creates virtual tours and videos. She’s also not afraid to pick up the phone and call other top agents who often have a buyer who’s a perfect match. “Some of those old skills are so valuable. It’s impossible to overestimate the power of a personal connection,” she says. The average price of her present listings is around $450K. Her median closed transaction (Buyer & Seller side) is approximately $327K with sales prices ranging from $5K to over $1.5Million. Each year she closes between $7 and $8 million in transactions.

Leslie’s favorite parts of the job are meeting people and learning new things. “I like making connections,” she says. Leslie has a BFA in Advertising Design and a background in Art History and Marketing. She believes that Real Estate is such a varied and interesting profession because it utilizes all sorts of skill sets. One her her favorite complements came from a beloved mentor who said, “Leslie works just as hard for the couple buying a tiny starter home as she does for clients with high dollar properties!”


To give back to the community, Leslie sits on the Board of the Lynn Health Research Institute, whose goal is to improve healthcare in improverished and underserved areas and provide support for children in foster care. Other volunteer efforts include helping with food drives for people in “food deserts,” and serving on committees for local art organizations. She is also an officer in her sorority alumni group and a deacon at her Presbyterian church. In her cherished free time, Leslie creates art, seeks out interesting antiques and (lately) spends socially-distanced time with her sister, brother, and 90 year-old dad. She also loves connecting people throughout the community and is even known as a bit of an amateur matchmaker—she’s successfully set up about 8 couples who eventually married!

For the future, Leslie plans to stay apprised of the ways the pandemic is shaping real estate. “I want to be as attentive as I can so I understand changes in direction in the industry and continue to provide the best possible service,” she says. “During this time of great change, we have to go forward and to pull together as a community to make sure no one is left behind.”
