I have been a licensed REALTOR® in Oregon since 1998 and joined John L. Scott Real Estate in early 1999. Now a Principal Broker, I bring more than 28 years of experience helping buyers and sellers navigate the Portland Metro area and surrounding communities.
Much of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals—something I consider one of the greatest compliments in real estate. Over the years, I have helped clients through just about every kind of residential transaction, from first-time purchases and traditional neighborhood homes to estates, acreage, rural properties, investment properties, and homes with shops, barns and other unique features.
My approach to real estate is thorough, practical and hands-on. I believe the details matter—whether that means researching property history and permits, understanding wells and septic systems on rural property, digging into comparable sales, preparing a home for market, or helping a client work through inspection and repair issues. My job isn't simply to put a sign in the yard or open a door; it's to help my clients make informed decisions and guide them through the process from beginning to end.
As a seventh-generation Oregonian, I have deep roots in this area and a lifelong familiarity with Portland and the communities that surround it. I serve clients throughout the Portland Metro area and Northwest Oregon, with particular experience in Multnomah and Clackamas counties and the communities east and south of Portland.
Throughout my career, I have received numerous sales and production awards, but I measure success more by the clients who come back years later—or send their children, parents, friends and neighbors to me.
