Leslie Swan

Leslie Swan is committed to exceeding the expectations of her clients. Whether buyers, sellers, property owners or tenants, Leslie treats all clients like they are family. While Leslie was born and raised in Northern California, she has lived most of her life in various areas of Southern California. By living throughout California, she knows just how special it is to call Orange County home.

Leslie earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications (minor in Marketing) from the University of San Diego in 1999 and went on to work in Organizational Development and Sales Training. Her sales training and development background was the perfect springboard into many successful years in Pharmaceutical Sales and now Real Estate. In addition, she has served her children’s school as Vice President of Fundraising and Communications as well as acting as a committee chair for her Homeowner’s Association. Her experience in identifying the needs of her clients and win-win negotiation skills have made her a highly trusted and well-respected real estate professional in Orange County.

Leslie is blessed with the love and support of her husband, Dave, their two children, Jacob and Lauren, and their pint-sized pup, Lucy
