Born into a US Air Force military family of five children, I learned early on what service to others and support of my community meant. My childhood memories and memberships as a Brownie and Girl Scout selling cookies door to door on Travis Air Force Base helped shape my core values and led me to earn a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from California State University in the East Bay and the University of California at Berkeley, respectively.
I then went on to work for Solano County Health & Social Services and the California Dept. of Health, where I spear-headed community campaigns to clean-up economically stressed neighborhoods, help women gain access to prenatal care and allocate tax-payers funds for breast cancer prevention programs. But, my most valued effort was teaching parenting skills to incarcerated women in the Solano County jails.
So, when my family suggested I become a Real Estate Agent, I initially said WHAT? But, I soon learned my passion to help others gain economic empowerment and wellness can be attained through home-ownership. It was a perfect fit for me. As a result, I earned my California Real Estate License in 2004. Now with more than 15 years of residential Real Estate sales experience, I have successfully helped over 100 families become home-owners and assist them toward their goal to build wealth by investing in Real Estate.
