He is patient, kind, knowledgeable and very responsive. When my husband got a job in Detroit, MI it was a bit daunting to say the least to try and begin the process for moving across the country. Levan and his team were with us every step of the way! Levan always took my calls or returned my calls very quickly. He tried and tried and tried when it came to finding a house that suited our family's needs. We were on a very tight time frame and that made things very tricky, yet Levan was calm and cool as a cucumber which put us at ease again and again. Levan and his team made our move from Atlanta to Detroit a success. Levan is not only a great realtor he is a great person. He has become a true friend for us through this whole process and it is a delight to know him.

I will vouge for levan wood he will help you get in to right home for the right price. I told him what I was looking for in a home like two car garage attached and in a great neighborhood, he told me nothing is impossible is just going to take time. After looking at home after home for One year he sent me the posting for this home and we fell in love with it. All that we wanted good neighborhood, two car garage, wood burning fire place, a big beatiful deck located on the second floor, a big yard thats fenced in with a big privacy fence like I said took a while but we found it at the right price thank you Levan.

Levan was my real estate agent. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable about his profession. I appreciate him taking me slow so that he could truly find the home for me. When I wasn't finding the property I wanted in Royal Oak, he suggested that I search on the outskirts of the city. I'll never forget when I walked into my home for the very first time that I said this is the one.
