I purchased my first home at age 28 and had no idea what it would take. Alexa made sure that I knew everything I needed to know from start to finish before we even set foot out to look at prospective homes. She is efficient, flexible, and practical.

Three years later, I am in a home that I love and have had no surprises about the cost of my mortgage, insurance, HOA, or the condition of my home. Alexa provides luxury service to every single one of her clients and I would wholeheartedly recommend her if you are looking to purchase a home.

I was referred to Alexa Rosario by a friend of mine. She did not disappoint. The moment we called her, she was the epitome of professional and patience. She met with us via video since our primary residence is out of state. She worked with us to schedule appointments when we were in the area. She is/was organized and super knowledgeable. She knew so much about the areas where the properties were located and listened to our needs. We found a house within the first group she showed us and made an offer. At EVERY stage of the process Alexa was professional, calm, and helpful. Her maturity was unmatched. The process had bumpy parts and she rose to the occasion and stepped in to close the deal.
