Lexie Fabor

Lexie is a native Phoenician and is your go-to expert when it comes to the newest and hottest restaurants, shopping spots, arts and cultural activities and destinations in and out of the Valley. Whether it is advising on the best neighborhoods to meet a client's needs, consulting on a remodel that will add the most value to their home, or recommending a fun night out on the town, Lexie believes in taking her client relationships beyond the scope of a real estate transaction. She is a savvy expert when it comes to online marketing platforms, providing unique and informative marketing materials, and high tech, social media campaigns. Lexie was raised in Scottsdale and graduated high school from Phoenix Country Day School, and attended the George Washington University in Washington, DC, where she was a member of the Women's Leadership Program.

Not only does she provide her clients informative financial and real estate advice, but also helps paint the picture of her clients' vision in their new home. REALTOR has recognized Lexie® Magazine as being one of "The 50 Realtors under 30 Years Old" to watch in the nation. She is a graduate and alum member of the Scottsdale Leadership Program which gave her unique insights into the complexities of social, municipal, and cultural factors that make Scottsdale such an incredible city. Lexie specializes in the sale of all types of real estate properties from first time home buyers buying their first town home to the sale of luxury estates. She serves on the Board of Directors for North Central Parenting Group. Since 2019, Lexie has served Launch Real Estate as the Designated Broker. Lexie enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, traveling, and of course trying out new restaurants around town.
