With more than 20 years of sales experience as an equities sales trader in the financial industry, Li-Er Fradella knows how to succeed in a high-pressure environment. Throughout her tenure, her success was predicated on outstanding relationships with her clients and taking the time to research opportunities pertinent to them. She firmly believes that the only way to be successful is to be honest, trustworthy, communicate effectively, and most importantly, to know your client and listen to what their needs are.
Li-Er grew up in Brooklyn, went to University in Buffalo, and then bought her first home in Westfield, New Jersey where she resided for 15 years before moving to Westport, Connecticut, two years ago. She took a five year hiatus from the workforce to stay at home with her daughter and has now decided it was time to reinvent herself and start a new career as a Licensed Real Estate Agent in a town that has captured her heart. Real Estate appeals to her as it allows her to meld her passion for advocating on behalf of her clients and the constant exploration of Westport and the surrounding towns.
When not working, she loves to ski, paddle board, travel and embark on adventures with her husband of 18 years, seven-year old daughter, and yellow labrador. She loves to cook and gather friends and family over the holidays.
