Liam McCarthy

Liam has called the Upper Valley home since 1996 when he moved to Hanover after finishing College. After helping his family purchase some investment real estate and then his future wife, Susan, purchase her first home, Liam came to the realization that real estate was the career for him. So, for the last 15 years he has assisted buyers and sellers realize their real estate goals with hard work, attention to detail, and patience. The fact that past clients are Liam’s greatest source of new business is a testament to his success.

When Liam is not busy with real estate in the Upper Valley or out enjoying all that this truly great area has to offer, his attention turns to a special piece of rather old real estate in his hometown of Youghal, Ireland. Liam’s family has owned Tyntes Castle, an urban tower house since the 1950's. Built in the late 15th century, they have completed the exterior renovations and protected the structure for generations. Now their attention has turned to the interior.

Returning to the Upper Valley, Liam has been involved with a number of non-profits and is currently an active member of the Hanover Rotary Club. Liam looks forward to being of service to his clients and helping them realize their real estate goals.
