We sought advice on pricing our condo. We had a number in mind and we're astonished at the fair mkt value Lian cited. But not so astonished that we held back from following her advice. The net result was a full price offer in less than 36 hours. The buyer got a well-maintained property and we got a price that didn't disappoint. She earned every cent of her commission!!
