"Libby Allen is a first class realtor and person! She consistently went "the second mile" in handling the renovation and sale of my parents home. For a very reasonable fee she identified and hired contractors to: replace the roof, install granite and tile in kitchen and bathrooms, replace the popcorn ceilings, install vinyl plank flooring, install new appliances, paint the exterior and interior of the house and dozens of other tasks that greatly added to the value of the home. If you are looking for a realtor, I highly recommend Libby! She knows how to get things done with honesty and excellence!"

Libby went above and beyond the call of duty to help me sell an investment property I had in Tallahassee. There was work that needed to be completed before we went on market and LIbby helped arrange the contractors to get my house flipped in a short time, but due to the quality of the work we raised our sales price and I received a 3x return on my upgrade investment. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a quality realtor that cares about her clients.

Libby is a fantastic realtor! She helped us to sell our home and also buy our next one. Selling our home, Libby gave us a short to-do list and in less than a week we had an offer only $2k under our asking price! I want to tell you how wonderful it was to have Libby Allen as my partner in the selling of my home. She really knows the Tallahassee market well and helped me sooo much!
I am a single, older woman who knew very little about selling and really relied on Libby’s experience and educated advice.
She came over for our first meeting, BEFORE ever hiring her, and spent FOUR HOURS going through every room in my house, the garage, the roof and all around the outside telling me everything I needed to repair or change in order to sell.
I took notes of it all, did it all, and after some ups and downs with repairs, inspections and showings, my house sold at a very large profit!

I can’t even recommend Libby enough. I bought my house from her 20 years ago and ended up seeking her out when I sold it earlier this year. She’s very good at what she does and is extremely professional and personable. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate business. I had an offer on my house in less than a week because I took her advice and did everything that she said to do. Would definitely use her again.
