Sara is wonderful! Out-of-staters, I cannot recommend her enough. From planning a “House Hunters” style weekend, to last minute offers, even going so far as to literally pick out my new house for me, Sara made buying a house in Savannah from NH such a breeze. She truly does aim to please and is willing to do what it takes to make sure you love the house you buy!

12/25/2013 - user920148 Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $400K in Savannah, GA. Libby Bacon provided extraordinary personal and professional service to my wife, Debbie, and me. From the day we met Libby she took the extra care and time to show us many homes on Tybee Island and the downtown area of Savannah. Libby met with us on our schedule as we live in Northern Virginia and were limited to the days and times we were able to look at properties. When we found our home Libby took us to a Mortgage Broker as she went back to her office to write-up our offer. By the end of one day we were pre-qualified, delivered our offer and counter-offers and had any agreement within two-days. Her knowledge of construction, renovations, real estate laws, local building codes, legal and financial aspects is most impressive. We now have our 'dream' home in Savannah and cannot wait until we return in September to be permanent residents of this wonderful city. Libby is now a friend whom we look forward to seeing.
